Why the look uh?
As you know starting a new job, people wanna know all about you. The question I was asked most is " What do you do for fun then?"
I always answer with " I love my computer and the internet..."
Before I continue, they all give me the 'Internet' look.
" What do you Do on the internet?"
" Oh, I just download porn, flirt with men I do not know and run off and leave my husband of 20 years for a bloke I have never met" WELL, that is what they are thinking right?
Given that the conversation we are having is a passing one, I try to briefly explain the wonders of the net, which unless they have a PC, seems to go over thier head.
I suppose I should just say, " Oh I read, go swimming and attend church" But I have never been one for choosing the easiest route in life. hehehe
I would not class myself as a geek persay, but I can put together a web page, troubleshoot a little and I think I am wayyyy better than anyone else in my family, so I could be classed as a Geek wannabe.
I suppose now is the time for me to download more porn uh *wink*
